It consists of 4 individual 50 mls bottles of Xiangzhiling and 4 individual sachets of Esylife
2grams Stem Cells. (4 day consumption)
Step 1: Drink half a bottle of Xiangzhiling in the morning on an empty stomach, then use a full sachet of Esylife Stem Cell by pouring it under your tongue and allow it to dissolve on its own.
Step 2: Drink the other half of Xiangzhiling after supper has settled, just before you go to bed.
Step 3: Repeat step 1 and step 2 for the following 3 days.
